Refund policy

We will refund or exchange any merchandise that arrives damaged.  Please send me a digital photo of the damaged item at alicia@aliciabaylaurel.com, and ask for either a refund of the cost of the item or a replacement (same item in good condition). 

If the item arrives in perfect condition, but you decide you don't want it, you can send it back for a refund, but it must be in perfect, resalable condition (unused and in the original packaging) when it arrives at the Atomix Logistics warehouse.

To complete your return, please send a copy of your purchase invoice to me at alicia@aliciabaylaurel.com.  I will then advise the fulfillment warehouse, Atomix Logistics, that your item is going to be returned, and hire them to inspect it upon arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved, based on the condition of the product.


If your refund is approved, it will be processed from Shopify checkout, and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment method used to purchase the item - your credit card or Paypal account - within seven days.

If your refund has not been received within two weeks, please check with your credit card's online account or your Paypal account, and if the refund is still missing, please contact me at alicia@aliciabaylaurel.com, and I will follow up!

Returning Gifts

If you wish to return an item that was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you (the recipient), you can email me with this information, then return the item to Atomix Logistics, and if it is in resalable condition, I will email you a gift certificate of equal value from our store. Alternately, the purchaser of the gift can send me the paid invoice at alicia@aliciabaylaurel.com and then send the item to Atomix Logistics, and, if it is in perfect, salable condition, I will refund the purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee return delivery of your item.
