Alicia's original jazz waltz, written in 1967, while dancing and strolling at Hippie Hill, the favored meeting place of Haight Ashbury residents and visitors in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. She also made a drawing of the scene there, which she reproduced as a postcard in 1970 and on a t-shirt in 2021.
